We stand behind every order. If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, refuse delivery from the courier. We will arrange an exchange or full refund within 3 working days.

Tbilisi — next day; regional cities — 1–2 working days; villages and remote areas — 3–5 days.
How can I pay?
Cash to the courier on delivery (COD) or by bank transfer — we send the details after confirming your order. Card payments are coming soon.
How long does the oil keep?
An unopened bottle keeps for about 6 months — store it in a cool, dark place away from sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and use within a few months.
There is sediment at the bottom — is that normal?
Yes, completely natural. Unrefined cold-pressed oil keeps its natural particles — a sign of minimal processing, not spoilage. Shake gently before use.
Can I return a product?
If your product arrives damaged or the order is wrong, refuse delivery from the courier — we arrange an exchange or full refund within 3 working days.
